Makro ships partially boxed, damaged items. Then rejects your return.

Do not buy from Makro! They shipped a partially boxed dishwasher - needless to say - it was damaged. Logged a return. The courier came to collect, but saw it was partially boxed and said they don't pick up partially boxed items. Makro them attempted to schedule a pick up again, with the same courier guy. The courier then called me and told me Makro attempted to make him collect it again - and they won't.

I contacted Makro again. They then said I should find a box and box up the dishwasher myself for them to collect. Are you serious? They ship partially boxed damaged item and then asks me to box it up? Then they just rejected my return. Still fighting this.

Save yourself a lot of headaches and just avoid Makro altogether
