Makro service very disappointing

So I bought a Candy washing machine at Makro-Amanzimtoti very disappointed with the service am receiving with after sales service. The machine has a malfunction and I reported it. Took Makro almost a month to attend to my query and for me to receive a request number. Weeks go by am told they have logged a call with the manufacturer gave me a job number and a contact number. I phone this number no response for almost a week. Eventually I went back to Makro and advised them the Manufacturer details given am not getting help. Almost another week again still waiting for assistance they are still following up 😢 am fustrasted almost a month and half i cannot use my washing machine . Advise people when buying appliances at Makro just know that they after service is **** 😩😩
