MAKRO Service sucks!!!!

So here is my timeline: Order confirmed online: 28 November 2021 The confirmed order is being packed: 29 November 2021 Order received:?

Today 12 December 2021 - still nothing received and what I find shockingly amazing MAKRO cannot tell me what is going on? This is MAKRO we are talking about not a ****A shop. *** is going on!!!!????

I blame myself though because this is actually round 2 of a **** service from MAKRO, once bitten twice share does not apply here seems like I am a gluten for BAD Service. I purchased an item previously from them about 2 years ago and it took even longer.
