Makro service none existing

Absolute shocking service, it's almost been 2 weeks and still no delivery on my order. Spoke to customer service "Lebogang" on 09/12/20222 to provide an ETA, nothing yet, as she committed to escalate. Trying to contact customer service, just to get cut off after 20 minutes of holding.
