Makro service is the worst!!! Awaiting delivery for 3months now!!

I am currently having the worst ever experience with Makro. I bought an LG washing machine at makro online last year November 2022. Firstly I only received my order 2weeks later, not the 2-5day delivery they advertise and promise online. Then when the machine is delivered, it is delivered damaged. I report this to Makro and request for an exchange, even to this day, the 15th January 2023 no one at makro can tell me when I will receive my proper washing machine. I constantly have to call and ALWAYS get given the same answer “we can only escalate this matter and wait for their response”. How long does a person have to wait to receive their goods at Makro????….we are now going on four months just waiting on Makro to deliver!!! This is unacceptable to say the least!!!! Makro has the worst service delivery ever!!!!
