Makro Service is the worst!!!!

I placed an online order on the 13th August 2022, with an expected delivery time of 2-5 business days. Today is the 9th September and I'm still waiting for the rest of my order to be delivered! An item was cancelled on my order and one delivered but the others not. I have been wasting my time and energy calling and emailing Makro regarding fulfilling their promise and still nothing to date. Today I finally got through to a consultant who informed me that my order, which I had been waiting to be delivered again since the 23rd of August after having followed up is now closed. Apparently the store (Strubensvalley) called me to make delivery or collection arrangements and this was not even done!
