Makro Service is Nonsense

ordered two inverters online on the 7th July ,then around the 12th i got an email to say my order was delivered when i did not get anything,only to find out that it was delivered to someone i dont know,then i requested refund and almost a month later i am still waiting with no communication from Makro ,the worst service one can make
