Makro service is disgusting

MAK*** made a purchase from Makro online on the 1st of november. some of my items were cancelled by them and i was told i would get a refund. Still after a number of calls and emails i have no refund and the people i speak give the same answer we will escalate it. Service is shocking. I want my refund
