Makro service disappointing

On the 03rd of July 2021 I went to pay at the "10 or less items" queue, which is presented as if it's quicker. The guy scanned my items and then started running around the cashiers looking for a cashier where I can pay. It was almost 5 minutes later when I paid. Then the cashier says the slip didn't print accordingly and he couldn't reprint. Now the cashier was runnig around, he said he was going to make a call about the reprint. He disappeared as well. And then I had to wait there like a fool for over 5 minutes. Eventually he came back, I told myself to calm down but it is infuriating and disappointing that it took matbe 15 to 20 minutes to scan and pay for the goods. I'm really disappointed that makro does not a proper process/functionality in place for reprints and payments for that queue!
