Makro service delivery is terrible

We ordered a desk from them that came with a chair, desk delivered and assembled, still waiting on the chair after numerous numerous calls they promise high and low it will be, well we are still waiting and the consultants are *********** and just dont give damn about the customer. they keep wanting to say its market place, I dont care I bough an item from them its their problem where it comes from and deliver the item to the customer
