Makro service delivery is bad and unacceptable
Made a purchase online. Received message confirming delivery today (a Sunday) around 13:00. It's now 16:30... I've been in contact with the delivery company... they proved themselves useless as they don't know what's happening with their drivers. I've offered to cancel the delivery to save them having to give me acceptable service... Then there's Makro... enjoy the sale... but are unavailable to assist me their customer when I have a serious problem!!! ... it's out of their convenient office hours....

I had a call from David who said he's responding to this hellopeter post... he apologised and then said he'll follow up on the order that was to get re-routed to me today by 12h00. He has failed to call me....
Early this morning i was contacted by Cody on the whatsapp chat (in response to me complaint there)... he also **** to me making me believe that he is wanting to assist. He promised to make every effort to have my order deleivered by 12h00 today. He never got back to me... I had to get back to him to please follow up... he said he will contact the store and come back to me. It's now 13h40.... he too has ****.
MAKRO YOU HAVE DISAPPOINTED A LONG SUPPORTING AND LOYAL CUSTOMER.... AND YOU JUST DON'T GIVE A !@#$!!
