Please see attached invoice from Makro Carnival and correspondence to you from my Father.

The fridge they bought from you 13/08/2025 stopped working.

Please attend to this matter as soon as possible. All my parents things in the fridge rot.

Your lack of assistance is unexeptable. They have not even tried to contact my parents and my parents tried phoning, no assistance from Makro or Defy.
