Makro service

I have submitted my problem with Makro-Online and they would have contacted me personally. As with all my emails to them at *** and *** no positive reaction. My problem with them started 11th Feb 2025. Standard (computer) reply is Thank you for contacting Makro. Your reference number for this matter is: GA3G, etc, etc, etc ..... It seems there is no customer service at Makro. 0!0! My rating of them is actually -10 x stars!
