Makro service

I handed my TV into Makro the 20th May 2020, on the 30th May 2020 I received an sms to say my product had been received into the assessment/repair agent for evaluation 3 weeks went by and I phoned Makro to find out what was going on , and they said that they couldn’t get parts and that they waiting for the gentleman from JHB to either issue a credit or bring the TV back, and they would contact me the following week, the following week they phoned to tell me that the gentleman will be there the next week and so the weeks got longer and longer with empty promises I phoned today 28 July 2020 and was told the same story, “next week” they waiting for the paperwork etc etc etc, so I was told a manager would phone me she was just on lunch, it has now been 2 hours and still no phone call Job number - ***
