Really disappointed, ordered chairs online two months ago, unfortunately they were damaged and returned them the following day. Poor delivery communication. Waiting for the exchange item and they didn’t communicate anything until I called a few days later, only to find out the don’t have the items in stock. I opt for a refund and I only get a refund for one item instead of two. Since then I’ve been calling them week in and week out but I get the same excuse. Poor customer support and I’m never ordering from Makro!
