Makro sent me a used washing machine

I bought a washing machine( defy 9kg front loader DAW 389) online from Makro riversands on Sunday the 6th of July and it was delivered today and they sent me a used washing machine. The inside of the washing machine is dirty and has water residue the soap dispenser has water all over. Makro I am so disappointed and angry that I would spend so much money and yall decided to send me a used item. I will never buy from Makro again
