Makro sent **** goods and then goes quiet on the return!

Bought JBL speakers advertised on Makro. They sent me some **** ******* over a week ago. I logged a return and sent a complaint but still, today, I have not heard anything from them except for a few generic ******* emails of them attending to the return. HOW???? No refund has been given, no correct items has been sent, the ******* knock off speakers are still lying in my house waiting for a courier to collect. This is utter nonsense Makro, shocking lack of responsibility and service. Where is the correct.products.that I paid for as per your website???????
