Makro sends order in open boxes. articles missing - no response from makro

Makro, I have emailed you countless times with no response. My last order arrived - open boxes - not sealed and things went missing. I want to place another order but i need to know why those boxes were not sealed and i need assurance that my order will be properly packed. Or are you running a theft-ring here? PLEASE RESPOND!!!!!
