Makro sending out already opened products.

So I bought a chromecast from makro, when I opened the packaging it was obvious that the chromecast box had already been opened. I still tried to get it working. It didn't work. When trying to return it they send the most *********** delivery man who can't even use a map app.

Tell me why do I have to go through so many problems to buy products from makro? Why are you sending me obviously already open, probably already returned products?
