Makro send incorrect stock and rude staff

Ordered a smart scale from makro online,item inside the box did not match the item ordered. I returned the scale and have not had any feedback from makro,not as much as an email. I phoned them today.Lady on the otherside kept talking over me.she said that we have to wait for the supplier to refund or I must reorder the product.Problem is now I have to pay shipping.Not only have I waited 2 weeks but now it's going to cost me more money because of their mistake. Went looking for their suppliers details.Could only find a drop shipping company with no local details.only an address in India.

Item sold by premier mart.ai am so disgusted with this. NO USE IN TALKING TO SOMEONE WHO KEEPS TALKING OVER ME. I requested they replace the item with the correct one.apparently that can't be done.

I should have bought from takalot.would have had no issues and would have had the item by now. Makro won't see me again for sure

My advise? Double check the supplier before ordering from makro,because now they simply blame the supplier even though I paid Makro,not the supplier.
