Makro sells SECONDHAND products while you pay for new products.

Bought a new tv stick from makro. Only to discover at home that the product which was sold to me and shipped to me is second hand, the packaging was not sealed and someone else's email details was already added on the device. It malfunctioned and stopped working. Now they think that according to their policy I should wait until 7 April 2026 for my refund......whilst I had to pay immediately. Will never buy from Makro again....****mers to say the least. You pay the price of a new product for someone else's second hand ****
