Makro sells secondhand products

Bought a smart watch on makro online supp**** by digital world. Watch they have send is secondhand broken watch. I have called makro about 6 times regarding this product last guy told me this will be replaced which was not the case. They refunded me only watch amount not courier cost. As you can see clearly watch has been used with big deep scratch on the side and doesn't come on at all.
