Makro sells poor quality laptops - only lasts for 8 months.

I purchased a laptop from Makro last year in November, 2 months later, I returned the product for repairs because the stock SSD installed on the machine was faulty. 6 months later, the machine is completely unusable, so I have returned it for repairs.

Now, Makros supplier is saying that there is no fault with the machine, so there's nothing that they can do, and I must PAY THEM A FEE for inspecting their own faulty products. (I didn't return the machine for fun. It's not functioning) This is the second instance of the machine not functioning because of factory fault. This product is under warranty. And Makro has left me to deal with the situation my self even though it is there poor choice in product supplier.

I have requested the supplier to send me the diagnostics reports so that I can review them with a licenced expert. But they have declined to do so.

I have requested Makro (woodmead) and the supplier to escalate this situation to management, but they ignore me.

I have purchased a brand new product from Makro, and I have only been able to use it for a few months, and then I get pushed around for weeks when trying to solve the issue (under the warranty) . This is wasting my time, and you've wasted my money.
