Makro sells broken items and premium prices

Rating one star as cannot go any lower. I have been a loyal makro customer however my experience of purchasing a new refrigerator was the worst ever in retail.

The main issue is I have been trying to get technical assistant to look at the new fridge I bought as it had defects . I have called in numerous times and the agent keeps telling me the same thing as we will get someone to come out which never happens I need assistance badly
