Makro selling used product

I bought a car radio from Makro online and I got a call from supplier and told me the unit I’m looking is no longer on the shelves, so they can replace it with other brand but the same look and better than the one I’m looking, that was our agreement, what I received is not the same with what I ordered and the original package was opened and the installer confirmed that the unit was used, when I check the unit is coming from Auto Style
