Makro selling faulty HP laptops

We bought a hp laptop from the cornubia makro november 2019. In january 2020 the laptop stop powering on. I went to the store and the sales agent tested it and found out the charger is the problem. This was on the 26th of january. They say have a 14 day policy i understood but now on the 19 of feb past the days i still havent received any help. The laptop was R6000 which is alot of money. When we called the person said the manager is dealing with hp. For a charger its ridiculous.
