Makro selling expired goods and refuses to replace

I bought a few items online , they delivered everything expired. The order is not even closed so I cannot even ask for a refund, Makro Polokwane are not even assisting me with this everyday is an escalation. This is the worst service I have received in my whole life I bought a lot of items for an event n they are all expired
