Makro selling bad products

We bought two items from Makro, washing machine and tumble dryer. The brand of these machines is Candy. This is proving to be the biggest mistake because these machines have been booked for repairs almost 3 times each in the space of 10 months and each time we booked its takes a 6 - 7 weeks for Makro to attend to it meaning we have only been able to use very expensive machines for more less 4 months. Makro is selling poor products and I feel cheated of my money because it feels like we have very old machines yet they are new because they are always waiting to be repaired. Items purchased 17 SEPT and 5 DEC 2021 respectively.
