MAKRO selling appliance with no supplier support

MAKRO sell vacuum and when it breaks sends me to the supplier. I bought my vacuum cleaner from Makro. My vacuum cleaner needs a simple drive belt. The Tevi agent is rude and put the phone down. When I do get to speak to someone promises to order the part are made but never fulfilled.
