MAKRO SELL SEOCND HAND VIA ONLINE. BE AWARE AND DONT BUY BLACK FRIDAY SPECIALS FROM MAKRO.
Hi. I bought DEFY fridge from MAKRO online. It is absolutely disgusting. They sent me repaired item as new. Now, I must waste my time returning this item and wait for MAKRO to refund me. If I cannot TRUST MAKRO who can I trust? I don't think I'll NEVER ever buy Home Aplliiences from Makro. Since they sell SECOND HAND good. Utterly disgust!!! PLEASE DON'T ADVERTISED SECOND-HAND ITEMS AS NEW. JUST BE HONEST WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS.

I have spoken to Dirk(Manager) and he said he will arrange collection and deliver the new one.
Lets hope it would happen within today before i have lost all my goods in fridge.
Lets hope manager will keep his promise.

I haven't got any feedback from Alberton MAKRO manager Dirk yet.
Can you guys please make it clear within 24 Hours for me if you are gonna replace this unit or would you collect and refund me immediately?
I don't want to keep this fridge in my flat anymore.
Please advise me immediately.
