Makro Security treats clients like cattle.
Makro Alberton. The name says it all. There I was minding my own business trying to leave this expensive shop that has no stock of whatever you want. Going through a door that says EXIT, I was PUSHED back and ORDERED bluntly to use the other door. Now, if you ask me I would do anything you want, but don't push me, that is just rude. Like I always say. We are just cattle for big companies, our voices don't matter, only our money.

I’m sorry you’ve encountered this type of service at Makro Alberton.This is certainly not what we want happening to any of our customers who have placed orders online and to find that it hasn’t gone the way it’s expected. We will address this with Makro Alberton store Manager to ensure that corrective measures are put in place to better our customer experiences.
