Makro second hand washing machine I received

I bought a machine at Makro online and upon opening it ,I picked up that there was water/dirty water was ran on that machine not clean water ,meaning it was a return from a customer and I called and was told that machines are tested before delivery .I just bought a dish washer from Hirsch and it was brand new .I now know that buying online at Makro you are sent used machine from customers when I had an impression that Makro is a big company with a good reputation. They rejected my return online and I called and told they will send a technician to do an investigation, its now 6 days since I have been waiting for a technician .I didn't know that Makro sells second hands goods.
