It is quite frustrating to have waited so long for my wife's gift, which was ordered on the 12th. Only one of the two packages has arrived, and to this day, I have not received the other. The reason provided is that the courier service apparently had the incorrect address. It is puzzling how this could occur, as the first package arrived at the correct address, while the second was mistakenly sent to an address in Durban. I have been informed that my package will not arrive until after Christmas, which is quite disappointing. I am at a loss for what to tell my wife.
