Makro stores Guarantee ****s In May 2018 we bought a Karcher pressure washer . About 4 to 6 weeks ago we sent the unit in for repairs as the machine does not function correctly as it did in the beginning. We were the informed that that the warranty or guarantee does not cover the pump..... This was first of all not told to us the unit was bought... secondly a pressure washer only consist of an electric motor and a pump enclosed in a plastic is the biggest bull**** excuse i have heard that the pump is not coverd... if it does not function as it was supposed to do after 5 to 6 months of use always an excuse not to fullfil a warranty or guarantee just to make extra money from the consumer

After this initial post its been months and machine still in repairs.... so furstraded and they just dont get back to you.... bull **** and most pathetic and useless service is this ****hole country..... think i should refer this matter to consumer council
