Makro ****med me R13 000

I purchased a Mecer inverter at the beginning of February 2023. It was installed and found to be faulty, thus I logged a return on 12 February. Makro has been sending me from pillar to post and more than a month later, I have still not received my refund. I was ****med by Makro!
