Makro ****med me a Russel Hobbs blender

I took a Russel Hobbs blender to Makro river sands for repairs on the 12th of November 2022 till today I haven't received it back, no correspondence from the shop and when I call their landline there's no answer. I am not sure if this is how they **** customers or what? Can they just return my money back if they are failing to repair my item. I even went to the shop, and I was told that they will call, but nothing is happening, and I am very much frustrated.
