Makro ****med me
On the 20 May 2022, I placed an online order which I paid for. Today on the 23 May I get an email saying my order was delivered but the truth of the matter is that I didn't receive anything from their courier company. I am so disappointed I after reading the Makro reviews, poor service and taking peoples money without delivering on their promises. When I call the call center they pretend as if there's poor network and they can't hear me. I want my full refund and this issue is going to the consumer commission,

24 May 2022, 15:27I got my order today in perfect condition from Makro, all thanks to Cohen Abraham, he called me this morning after seen my review and explained to me what actually happened. We agreed the order was to be delivered tomorrow at my workplace but to my surprise the deliver guys came today at my residential place. As I write this review the product is in front of me. Am happy, thank you Makro.Yesterday I wrote a review " makro ****med me" after receiving an email stating my order was delivered to me.That email was send by mistake as a result of technical glitch. I would like to apologize for the inconvenience this review have caused on the image of Makro. I will definitely shop online with Makro.
