Makro: Samsung Freestyle viewer

I purchased a Samsung Free Viewer with a free battery from Makro (Vaal) through my university to use for lectures during load shedding. After using it three times, the adapter stopped working. I took it into Samsung Eastgate and they confirmed that there was a problem with the adapter, but refused to replace it. I then contacted Makro, who indicated that I needed to bring the whole system in. My husband picked it up today. Not only was the projector filthy dirty with a big red ink stain across it, but the cable connecting the projector with the battery is missing (a bit pointless for load shedding). This cost me R13 999 out of my research funds and neither Samsung or Makro seem interested in addressing the problem.
