Makro Samsung buy and get promotion is a ****
<p>I purchased a samsung washing machine on a "samsung buy and get" promotion on 7 December 2016. I duly followed the complicated instructions and submitted my application for the airfare reward on the 9 December 2016. On Jan 30 2017 I received a request for additonal information which I promptly submitted. I received confirmation on the 10th of Feb stating that all my information had been received. However, to date I have not had any further feedback regarding the airfare vouchers promised in the promotion.</p>

Thank you for escalating the matter with buy and get. I received a call on monday from samsung buy and get and have submitted the form to claim for the voucher. Still another 10 days to go for further feedback.
Process for redemption is indeed very complicated and unfriendly. Feels as if its been designed to discourage customers from following through.
