Makro Sale No Stock

I wanted to purchase a Bosch oven and hob combo at Makro during their birthday week sale. They’re we’re out if stock of the hob and had the oven. The promo was to buy both and save.I did not email customer service regarding this. They call me back after the promo is finished and say that they cannot assist me. I feel this has been planned and they let me down as a loyal makro client.
