Second review on same issue since Makro dont bother to rectify the problem.

Makro Online Horrible Service

I to want warn people not to buy from Makro SA Online

I ordered a fridge from them on 29 December 2023 via their online platform.

I made an instant eft. The money was out of my account immediately but on their side it said "payment not received". I phoned them numeral times. Every time they just say that it wil take 24-48 hours. On January 4th they confirmed the order. It was packed and that is where it is still today January 11th. The call center just apologize everytime but nothing is being done. They say they will phone me back but they never do.

Now on Whatsapp when I wanted to check my order AGAIN it says the number is wrong.

They mislead people, when I check your reviews there are alot of people with the same bad experience.
