Makro SA worst online store

The worst online shopping experience ever. Order for Back to School placed, paid for and confirmed. Awaiting delivery. A week down the line Makro cancels part of the order due to No Stock. Had stock when I ordered!!! They then tell me they cancelled the order and a refund I 7 to 21 days but school starts next week. Where must I find the money to repurchase stationery at this time??? Telephoned, sent emails, WhatsApp-no response!!! They have deteriorated completely from being an excellent store to one of the worst in the country from a service and customer service perspective in my opinion. Look at their Facebook page, so many complaints. Shocking service and bad business practice
