Makro SA worst customer service ever!!

Makro SA worst customer service ever!! I have placed an order on the 6 May 2022 and tIll date have not recived all items. When I email customer service they say they will call me back as they are waiting for feedback from the spesific store, or that it is dispatche dit is a courier issue…No feedback on email from customer care and I am fed up with all the excuses! Please provide me with my items or give me a refund, as I will never order from you again. MAK***
