MAKRO SA Service is Disgsutingly disapointing !!!!]

I ordered a tv on the 23rd of november 2021 and it still has not been delivered to date. today is the 23rd day since i ordered. I have called numerous times and have been told that someone would call me back with feedback, which still hasnt been done. I have physically gone to Makro to try and collect the tv and was given story after story with regards to why they wont give it to me. This is reall unacceptable service. A company this big dropping the ball and thinking they can get away with it
