Makro SA - Pathetic Customer Service

I purchased a Bosch Fridge Freezer from the Amanzimtoti store in December 2020. Less than 6 months later and the Fridge has stopped working. I have been calling Makro since the 08 June 2021 and no one has been of assistance. I have sent follow up emails every day requesting for a manager to contact me and still no feedback. The Contact Center agents are of no help and provide different responses each time you call.
