Makro SA pathetic

Makro SA , you are the most pathetic company I have come across, I am sending this here with the hopes of someone reaching out to me. Your service delivery is nonexistent and just plain pathetic. PATHETIC. I ORDERED ONLINE 2 Dec 2022. You boast about your fast 2-5 business day delivery. I am Still waiting and when I do query all I get are automated responses via mail and WhatsApp. When I finally reached your call center, I am told it will be escalated, that's it. I can't be told what is going on, where it is. Its almost Christmas and at this rate I'm not sure if it will actually be delivered before then, ALMOST 2 WEEKS WITH NO Answers. MAK***

WHEN I LOOK AT ALL THE OTHER COMPLAINTS ON YOUR FACEBOOK PAGE IT CONFIRMS THAT YOU DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMERS AND YOUR LACK OF SERVICE DELIVERY.
