Makro SA online useless
Online purchase is useless. I ordered 2 items. one was delivered next day. the other item status was packed, for more than a week. Packed means ready to deliver. I send them email to complain, I was told they still within the 10 days. I requested for the order to be cancelled. My emails just gets ignored. I emailed twice. The status for the past two weeks shows collected by courier. 4 weeks now, and I havent received the product nor the refund I requested. I tweeted them. they said they will follow up. still no response

23 Sept 2022, 12:58Good day So now they just decided to change the status of the order to delivered. only the first part was delivered, not the second part. I have never received the second part of the order. I requested for it to be cancelled and to refund me. its R440. This is getting worse. Now I dont have the item nor my money back.
