MAKRO SA- online shocking!!

I purchased a Black & Decker steam mop from Makro online, is was set to be delivered on teh 12th of June - i received a notification when I went onlince to follow up on delivery and was todl I woudl be refunded. There is no excuse for what MAkro is doing as tehy say there is no stock but the item is being advertsied so tehy do have stock. I do not want a refund I want what was on sale and I purchased.
