MAKRO SA Online Refund not responding to my queries- MAK***

I ordered items online on 21 December. Got an email latwr that other items are out of stock and will be refunded 459.95. Few hours later got another email that more items are out of stock and will be refunded an additional R799. Three weeks and 10 emails following up I still don't have my 799 refund. They only refunded the 459.95. They are not responding to my emails
