Makro SA is the WORST!

Online Makro SA is the Worst online shop. I ordered items online almost two weeks ago. Without any updates and any feedback, I received an email notifying me that my order has been cancelled. No explanation, none whatsoever. As if that is not enough, I have to wait for 7 days to get my refund.
